I just got off the phone w/Connie ID #5020. I told her I wasn't satisfied w/the product, my account was charged 2 times plus some overdraft fees and she was SO smug that I had read the contract (basically it was my problem now) and it was a legally binding contract so there was NOTHING I could do about it. My bank wouldn't give me back my money and the attorney general would do nothing about it either. THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING RICH AND THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.
