We parked at 7:00 pm to go to a restaurant on Ventura Blvd. We did not check the sign. The city had change the time for no Parking from: 8 to 6 pm, to: 8 to 8 pm. We got a $48.00 ticket on top of the restaurant bill. I feel that the city should send a notice or say something Via the news regarding time change. Very, very unfair. read full review »
