They offer a 14-day free trial for the cost of shipping. However, they give you 14 days from the date of your order. I didn't receive the product until 8 days after I placed the order. I had 6 days for the trial period which I didn't realize. They charged my $88.97 exactly 14 days after I placed the order since I didn't call to cancel. They refuse to credit my account. They also signed me up for a health and wellness website for an additional $9.99 a month without my knowledge. Stay away from this company! A total rip-off! read full review »

I ordered a 15-day free trial teeth whitener. I received the product 8 days later. I only had it for one week when they charged my account for a month's supply. The month's supply is the "free" trial. I tried several times to call--no answer! I tried to find them on google and couldn't find the correct website. They offered me a partial refund if I would continue my subscription. I refused. This is a dishonest company and a scam. Stay away! read full review »
