I have the exact same complaint. I checked my bank and found that a charge of $87.13 was put on my card 12 days after I placed an order for this product (as well as Total Cleanse from SFL or some crap). I never received the trial product but called on 12/19/08 to cancel the order and any account they create d in my name. Now, on 12/30/08, I got yet another charge for $87.13 which caused an overdraft on my account (you know, other bills have to be paid!!!).
