I was on the internet and purchased a snowglobe. I only ordered one and they billed me for 3 due to their website misleading ordering page. I called the company immediately and I could not talk to them until the following day, because they were closed. However, I left a message, and called them back, and was reasured I would get my refund, and the order would only be for one.
