Order the CD for $1.95...a month later was charged $99.00. Called them on 3/28/09 to cancel membership and thought I had requested a refund. Never received it, two weeks later called again and was told the refund was never processed. Was told it would talk 10-14 business day to process. Three weeks later called back to see where my refund was. Again was told it wasn't done, they processed again. Called back on 5/11/09 and was told they would process the refund again. I still have not received a refund and now their phone is all always busy. read full review »
