I ordered product 11/19/08. According their Terms and Conditionals page I was to be billed $1.00 plus $4.95 product for a trial period of 15 days. I was immediately billed 11/19/08 for $44.85. I could not get through to the 888--692-8352. I tried for days and the wait was always 45 minutes or more. I sent an email canceling 11/21/08. No response. I finally waited online 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spoke to a rep who would only adjust $20.00. I finally gave in once he assured me he canceled my subscription. Too tired to argue.
