I order free 14 day trial on May 23, 2009. Billed for product 5/29/2009, Received Product June 1, 2009. Tried to cancel Friday was on hold for about 35 minutes, Then cut off when I called again got recording to call during normal business hours. (They do not offer any other way to cancel, just phone call) I received the same recording Saturday and Sunday. Today I called about 8:20 after a 25 minute hold, I talked to Kimberly told order was cancelled but $88.00 charge will still apply since I did not cancel during 14 day trial.
