I replaced my windows two years ago (2006)with American Jewel Window Systems. 13 double hung windows, and 2 crank out windows ( I think the casements) Admittedly, the window seemed good when they guy came out and presented to me. The numbers on it looked good, so we picked them out of the 4 other companies that came over. After they installed it, I started noticing when I move the window it seems loose...on 2 of the windows, the sash doesn't stay up and when I open it; the sash is loose.
