If you are a company trying to raise capital, I would avoid using I.R.A. Network, LLC. Their internet addy is businessplan*******.com. They charge 25-30k in upfront fees and guarantee no results. I went through their process. They go through the typical sales pitches that brokers do, talking up your company, then having you sign a contract that gurantees you no results.
