They have changed their policies to "real time." The change apparently happened last year and I only now know the imlications. Now they can charge you for a pending fee. My account showed positive balances yet they charged me two fees. They told me I cannot trust the online banking function that is supposed to be in their "real time." They failed the government's stress test. I presume the 34 BILLION dollars that they must obtain in order to stay in business is leading to their changing policies. read full review »
