A 9.99 premium text charge was added to my phone line for services I did not sign up for and did not receive. Predicto and Verizon assure me that I had to have signed up for it when in fact, I did no such thing. I am no teenager and use my phone only to contact my family. It is always with me and I never use it for anything other than contacting my children or my husband. I believe that this site is acting criminally to make money online. read full review »
