Like many others I saw this product on Oprah, I ordered the sample and was charged $4.95. I was not happy with the product. I called the company for an Return Merchandise Number and returned it to the company as directed. They company assured me that I had no further obligation. However I opened my credit card bill and they had charged me $39.95. I have spoken with them 3 times and they keep assuring me that they have credited my credit card account ( I have received a different transaction number each time I call).
