It is a common scam. You send them money by Western Union/Moneygram and for a while there will be no response. But in few days, they will tell you that goods are stuck at the customs and you have to pay more money. If you pay them more money, they will find more tariffs for you to pay. But they will never send you goods. It is Nigerian 419 scam(import/export scam). Golden rule of internet. Never send money by wire to anybody you do not personally know.
