I would like to share my bad experience with the company DCIS.net and its CEO Cesare Alessandrini. This person contacted our agency in 2008 interested in buying a large dollar amount on Media Buy exposure for usagreencardlottery.org one of their scammy sites which does nothing but charge latin american customers money for supposedly sending their application to US Immigration services to participate in the green card lottery (not true) anyways our company accessed to provide a net 30 credit for the media buy and invested about 12k on behalf of... read full review »
