There's a guy named Joe DeLuca who asks for investor money in a company that supposedly wants to franchise golf lessons. He takes investors money and never provides any type of annual report or updates to investors on the company. After repeated attempts to get this information, Joe hides behind attorney's and threatens lawsuits if you continue to "harass" him to get the information he is required by law to provide. Avoid this guy as he continuously fails to recognize the rights of investors in his company. It's a SCAM. read full review »
