Just an update: I kept calling and complaining. They finally refunded me the full amount of $81.32. I had also gotten scammed by another product that piggy backed off of this one. They too refunded my full $69.90. Keep calling, keep complaining. Do NOT take no for an answer. They say that can't refund the money, but obviously they can. read full review »
