I replied to an ad of US Postal Service Jobs posted in the newspaper and called the 800 709-0162 and ordered a postal study guide and paid with my debit visa card the amount of $129.50 over the phone. First, I spoke with a lady who took all my information. I was told that I will received the package around one week. After that I called right away to cancel the guide because I considered that it was too expensive.
