I also ordered from this company on 11/26/08 and then the site was changed to another site...I tried emailing them and the email failed. I received an order number and they also charged my credit card on 12/7/08. Still no boots...on 12/30/08. Suggestion: file a claim with your bank and they will return the money as well as go after the company to recoop their losses. read full review »
