I renewed a contract for 3 magazines last Feb. In Sept. of this year, I received a phone call saying that they were getting complaints from customers not getting magazines that were ordered and they wanted to verify my address, etc. I stated that I was getting my magazines and reviewed my address with them. The next month I noted and additional amount on my credit card statement from them. I tried calling them numerous times only to receive an answering machine.
