I noticed a charge for 72.21 in my checking account and i called the 800 # that was attached to it. The women informed me of what it was and if and when I receive a CD in the mail I have to return it to receive a full refund. I did in fact get the CD and I mailed it right back and had it certified. Once I received confirmation that it was delievered I called back and the women told me it was to late.. I don't understand I did what she told me to do. So not only was I charged 72.21 but 2.17 but over draft fees on top of all this. This has to stop this is crazy. read full review »
