This company is a total rip-off. I requested a trial version of the product and after trying it, I decided that I no longer wanted it. I have tried to contact a service representative through the website and the 866-961-6445 customer service number and cannot submit a request through either venue. The website submission link conveniently does not work and no one picks up at the toll free number regardless of what time I call.
