Ordered a free sample that involved only paying 99 cents shipping. No where did it say that there was a time limit to cancel account or anything. I tried calling in to their help line because there was only one little piece of paper with it no real information. I got put on endless hold and then the computer asked me to leave a name and number for someone to call back. They never called. I did not even open the bottle because I got no information.
