I called Deegan to schedule an appointment and asked about a small repair for one of our gutters and the customer service person, who hasn't seen the gutter of which I spoke, raised her voice to tell me exactly what's wrong with my gutter and what it will cost to repair it. She was incredibly rude and hostile and apparently does not care about getting business because when I questioned her estimate she simply yelled "Goodbye!" and hung up.
