I returned a computer router to HSN within 7 days of receiving it viaUSPS. Didn't hear from them, they can't find my return. Didn't use tracking nor insurance. Dumb me. So i'm out $95 plus $9 postal charge. I'm sure its sitting in a warehouse in Comptom California waiting to be processed. The item in question is being sold for $20 less today at Wal-Mart.
