I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on May 8. I did not know that freeshipping.com was automaticly signing me up for their program. It was for a 30 trail period. I had a pending charge on my bank account on the 8th. It had cleared on the 9th. I called on the 9th to find out about the charge. I was told that I was one day past the cancellation period and that the $9.97 fee would not be charged back. Pending charges can drop off. I have to wait until they clear. I have be cancelled from the program but the $9.97 charge remains. read full review »
