We own Festiva usage every other year (EOY)and after being pushed to change over to point system, we wanted to upgrade to "every year"(EY) BUT we requested to NOT upgrade if we couldn't get financing which THEY were going to arrange. They AGREED we could stay EOY and the sales guy wrote our OLD contract number on a form. Long story short, when we could NOT be finaced, they upgraded us to EY anyway.
