I was charged 200 Euro extra vithout any disclojure from Orbitz For car rental AVIS (Rental Confirmation # 14966401US2) Sun, May 10, 2009 12PM. At Frankfurt the amount due upon rental = $ 1008.98 USD including taxes and fee.
