charge on my credit card of 71.21 requested refund was told it had been issued by Rachel my cancelation number is 050109-2646238 this was in april 09 and i still am waiting for my refund. called again and was told it had been issued but nothing has been given back. was told to go to the web site and file for my refund. called again and know one picks up the phone. it's now always busy. read full review »
