I ordered a dvd on Amazon which I paid for a express delivery so it would arrive on the 5th of June. It did arrive on the 5th but apparently DHL South Africa does not deliver to a postal address. yet they will not call you. It seems it is your job as the customer to phone them and find out why on the 9th of June my package had still not arrived. When I finally reached DHL there uncooperative staff told me I had to fax the address. So when I tired repeatedly there was not answer. Now 4 days late and I am still trying to reach them so I can advise them on my address. DHL South Africa is shocking. read full review »
