In December or January I ordered a cd, and was to be charged just $1.95 for the shipping and handling. In February I called because I found a charge of 39.95 from www.fedgrantsusa.com with a telephone number that does not show completely so I called the same number that I had called to order the cd, I spoke to someone there who assured me that they were stopping further charges and I would receive back the charges made to date.
