I ordered aluminum combination windows from the Stevens Point store and paid for delivery. The department manager took my order. He screwed it up. I still have the paper with my measurements to prove he was at fault for ordering windows that were to short. He refused to order the proper sized windows and take the short ones back, but he did arrange to send me expander strips at no cost. He stated he was too experienced to have made such a mistake.
