This company is awful and should be convicted. I actually retained the original order plus went ahead and kept the second shipment. After finding out that this product was not worth the money being charged I called to cancel all future orders. The customer service person stated that she did not want to lose me as a customer so she would charge all future orders including the horrific foreign transaction fees (what ever that means) a grand total of $40.00.
