Basically, I have an HP laptop that crashed from a hacker attack and for three days I worked with the HP staff to fix it but they told me to ship it in to the service center. This is where the story really begins. I just brought the product and it came with a one year Warrantee. WELL HP KICKED AND SCREAMED EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL FOR HELP UNDER THE WARRANTEE.
