We had an extended warranty contract on our park model, heat and AC unit, through Heritage TPA in South Carolina. On May 5/9/08 Lake Fork RV & Auto replaced a bad exhaust fan motor and submitted the claim to Heritage TPA. The contract shows their address to be in Lincoln, NE but that is a false address and the phone number on the contract is not their phone number, it belongs to National Administrative Services which is affiliated with Heritage TPA but claims to have no address or phone number for Heritage. I have contacted various agencies but no one seems to be able to do anything. I have received notice that I am liable for the bill. read full review »
