I used my CC for the first time for a transaction of 20K I got a call from hsbc team that there were cash withdrawals on my card on the same day for about 12K in various bank ATM's (and each ATM center is 8 km apart and all the transactions happened in a period of 30-50 mins), I logged a complaint about this after 15 days they sent a letter that they got response from some banks and they reverted that amount, and there were some other banks yet to respond.
