Ray's Heating and Air replaced my air conditioning condenser last year and did a very poor job. First, they replaced a 3 1/2 ton 10 seer unit with a 4 ton 13 seer unit but did not replace the coil. A couple of hours after they left from installing the system it turned on to cool off the house and we heard a loud thumping noise. When I called Ray he came out and said that he needed to replace the coil which would be another $1, 100.00 over the $1, 500.00 that I just paid him.
