I am sick of being jerked around by HMS. They lied to me and said that I had sent a revised address form to them so my renewal form never arrived and by the time that I called them, they said that I had missed the deadline and was no longer covered. When I asked to see this document that they said that I sent and signed, they couldn't produce it because IT DIDN'T EXSIST! Our dishwasher overflowed.
