We just had a horrible experience with Banfield in Fredericksburg, VA. One of my customers took a pup they just purchased from me there for a routine vet check and shot. They wound up killing the puppy "or so they say"...they gave the puppy a shot of Benadryl IN CASE IT HAD A REACTION to the puppy shot they were about to give it.
