I placed an order 3/3/09 on the website dimout.com for a pair of shoes which were to ship within 3 days. My credit card was charged twice for $53.04 and I didn't receive the shoes. I emailed the company and was told by the Vice President Kim Rawley "Sorry your order was missed and we will send them next week." Three months later and I've never received the shoes or a refund.
