Bank of America has been charging me NSF fees when my account is in the positive. I spent hours researching exactly how they were doing this and finally uncovered it. They are very sneaky!!! Especially if you use online banking I suggest you start printing out your available balance page every day. Maybe even twice a day. How can you be charged a $35.00 NSF fee for a 26.95 transaction when your available balance before the 26.95 charge was 568.20? Then your balance was$541.25.
