My initial interactions with Stonewood were good, especially in comparison with Hotspring, the spa manufacturer. The ordering form seemed quite thorough and it was not a problem to ship to Hawaii. The color was not quite what I expected, but basically OK. The problem came when I tried to connect the lifter. The screws just pulled out of the foam. I had no idea that metal plates were required. Despite what seemed like a thorough ordering form, there was no option for a lifter connection. How many people have a five-person spa without a lifter?... read full review »
