I succumbed to these guys high pressure selling techniques back in June 2008. Put up my $6000 - because hey after all it was guaranteed. Every month lost money until the account was too low to trade. So I waited for the guarantee to kick in. The contract stated it was automatic with the system I traded (later systems made you request the refund). So not wanting to take a chance: TWO certified letters were sent one after the 6th month and one after the 7th month - followed by several phone calls all to request the refund.
