I purchased an XBOX 360 for $211. After opening the box it became apparent that the charger was not compatible with the device. I attempted to return it to the store within 3 hours and was told by an assistant manager this was not the charger they sold me!? In effect they told me I had taken home a good product, substituted a bad charger and was spending my time lying to them to obtain an exchange.
