Although I had a good faith estimate for a rate of 4.75/30year/no points. IGS ignored me for two weeks after I signed the loan docs. until today when they informed me they are unable to do the original loan, BUT they can fund me at 5.35/30year/no points. That's higher than what I have now on my house. I am in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card for the 995. email [email protected] and let's start a law suit!!!
