Complete Scam I was billed $9.99 and $79.83 for a trial version of teeth crap that burned my gums. Trial period then they bill your credit card $79.83 and $9.99. Here is the number I have and they will answer 1 877 211 5860 Wont refund money! Also 1 888 700 8640 for Axis Wellness Portal. I would like my money refunded along with 2 overdrafts totalling $70.
