Western Union IS NOT an "international" company! I am in Italy for a month and just tried to send money home using the Western Union website and my credit card to fund the transfer. After logging in and verifying my DOB, last 4 of SS, home address, three security questions, employer, and other "security" questions; I was able to enter my online transaction.
