I sent them a phone and I had to email them 6 weeks later to get paid and then they sent me less than they originally quoted (There was absolutely nothing wrong with the phone). They are not completely crooked, but they are not someone you want to deal with. You send them the phone upfront and then there is not much you can do. It is a small amount of money so (I think) they just hope you forget. When you don't they send you a smaller amount of money. there really is not anything you can do.
