I have an even more interesting complaint, I never received the free trial so I did not get any information on how to cancel until I saw a charge for $88 on my account so I called to cancel, the rep did not document that I never received the product but canceled my 'subscription' but that did not deter them from charging an additional $93.95 14 days after the $88 charge and 4 days after I canceled the 'subscription' I too am told to e-mail their claims department, I advised them that they are all a bunch of rude people as I... read full review »
