First, I placed a single phone call which lasted less than the 5 minutes that appeared on my bill. Second, a separate call showed up on a separate bill at our address, also claiming 5 minutes. Third, the charges for these come to $14.09 and $8.70, which is outrageous considering the actual call couldn't possibly have been more than 2 minutes. I've faxed them this information and am waiting to hear back. I'm not hopeful. What's really galling was the sign on the pay phone indicating that they were a discount service that provides the cheapest rates.
